The operational gap

Execution breaks between the system of record and the work in front of the crew.

Distributed missions move across sites, crews, equipment, deadlines, evidence, and changing priorities. When that execution layer is split across calls, paper, spreadsheets, and delayed data entry, command cannot see the same reality as the field.

Endymion complements government and enterprise systems of record. It provides the mission-execution layer for the moment an urgent need is prioritized, resources are committed, field conditions change, and completion must be proven.

Its first validated staging vertical applies this operating model to temporary emergency power for critical infrastructure: a demanding workflow for resource fit, field continuity, and evidence-backed closeout.

One closed operational loop

Every role works from the same mission record.

01

Intake

Capture the facility, load, priority, location, deadline, contacts, and operating constraints.

02

Assign

Review an explainable crew and generator recommendation before committing resources.

03

Field

Move through travel, arrival, work, blockers, checklists, notes, and evidence on an installable PWA.

04

Verify

Command reviews completion evidence and either accepts the result or returns it with a reason.

05

Close

Release resources and preserve the complete, attributable operational record.

Endymion Command

The map is the operational index.

Mission queues, site priorities, crew posture, generator readiness, deployment lines, assignment factors, blockers, activity, and reporting are projections of the same revisioned records. Recommendations remain advisory until an authorized operator commits the action.

Endymion Field

The next action stays clear.

The installable field experience is scoped to the assigned crew. It stores the current mission and pending updates on the device, survives a reload without connectivity, and replays ordered, idempotent changes when service returns.

Staging-validated assurance

Authority remains with the operator. Accountability remains with the record.

Tenant isolation enforced by PostgreSQL row-level security

Opaque revocable sessions, capability checks, and CSRF protection

Expected revisions and idempotent mutation receipts

Private evidence objects with signature validation and SHA-256 digests

Append-only access, resource, mission, and billing activity

Read-only continuity after plan expiration or suspension

Adoption path

Start with one bounded mission workflow. Validate it in the operating environment.

A controlled evaluation configures one organization, incident, resource pool, workflow, and reporting cadence. The first available scenario is temporary emergency power; it evaluates resource assignment, exception visibility, offline continuity, evidence completeness, and operational reporting without pretending the software replaces qualified field authority.
